Kestrel Hotel is a local, family run business that offers two locations within Philadelphia, Center City and Fishtown. We offer accommodations for solo travelers, as well as families staying in Philadelphia for a night, or for as long as needed (based on availability), and we are pet friendly because we know your pet is part of the family too! 

Each of our locations are perfectly situated for any and all types of travelers. Whether you are in town for a convention, visiting museums, business, live music or historical site seeing, we have a location just for you. 

Our apartments are immaculate, stylish yet functional and comfy. You’ll feel like a resident of our neighborhoods and a member of the community in no time.  Each Kestrel Hotel unit is a fully apportioned private apartment with stocked kitchens. Each apartment has its own private entrance, with access to laundry services.  Think of us as professionally managed Airbnb units.
